实施水利行业扶贫是辽宁省委、省政府打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面建成小康社会战略部署的重要组成部分。在现有形势下,系统分析了当前辽宁省水利行业扶贫存在的问题,提出了解决问题的主要思路和实施农村饮水安全巩固提升工程、"一村一案"民生水利工程等对策,为进一步做好水利行业扶贫提供借鉴。

Water-oriented poverty reduction is one of the important parts of government work in Liaoning Province,in order to win the battle of poverty alleviation and realize the strategic target of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Challenges and problems are systematically reviewed,so as to propose measures and solutions for implementing projects of providing safe drinking water to rural areas and野one village one solution冶such as water for people爷s welfare initiative,so as to accumulate experiences for poverty alleviation.
