摘要
为了解垃圾土降解产热量规律,研制了一种垃圾土降解产热试验装置,介绍了该装置的原理、理论依据及结构,对装置有效性进行验证,并进行一组垃圾样的产热试验.该装置采用真空保温桶为容器,热水降温过程试验作为验证和补偿手段,通过测量垃圾试样的温度变化推求其热量的变化,从而得到产热量.通过两组热水降温过程试验和一组垃圾样试验,验证了装置用于垃圾土产热试验的可行性.研究结果将对垃圾土产热以及填埋场垃圾体蕴藏的热资源估算起到一定的积极作用.
In order to understand the rule of waste heat generation,a test apparatus was developed.The principle,the theoretical basis and the structure of the apparatus were introduced.The effectiveness of the apparatus was verified and the waste heat generation was tested by using the apparatus.A vacuum insulation barrel was used as the container of the apparatus.Hot water cooling test was used as a verification and compensation method.The change of waste heat generation was deduced through measuring the change of temperature.The feasibility of the apparatus for waste heat generation test was proved through two sets of hot water cooling test and a group of waste heat generation test.The results of the study played a positive role in the heat generation of waste and the estimation of heat resources which was contained in landfills.
