摘要
用水培法对蚕豆种子进行培养,研究钙对紫外辐射下蚕豆幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:蚕豆嫩叶内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量在紫外照射下降低,过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强,丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸生成量增加.蚕豆嫩苗叶片中叶绿素合成量、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖生成量在外施2mmol/L和6mmol/L的氯化钙处理后均增加,过氧化物酶活性有所提高,蚕豆嫩叶中丙二醛合成量下降.上述实验结果显示:钙能提高蚕豆对外界恶劣环境的承受力,能够缓解紫外辐射对蚕豆幼苗的伤害.
Using hydroponics culture to study the effect of calcium on physiological property of broad bean seedlings under ultraviolet radiation.The results showed that content of chlorophyll and soluble protein and soluble sugar decreased and peroxidase activity enhanced and production of malondialdehyde and free proline increased in broad bean young leaves under ultraviolet radiation.The production of chlorophyll and soluble protein and free proline and soluble sugar increased and peroxidase activity enhanced and production of malondialdehyde decreased after applying 2 mmol/L and 6 mmol/L calcium chloride.All above showed that calcium could improve resistance of broad bean to outside bad environment and relief the damage of ultraviolet radiation to broad bean seedlings.
