项目驱动法在“IT项目管理”课程中的创新与实践

Innovation and practice of project driven method in the course of “IT project management”

针对目前高校计算机专业开设管理类课程理论性较强、缺乏相应的实践而达不到预期的教学效果问题,在IT项目管理课程的教学实施中,探索一种新的教学形式,对学生进行分组,成立多个项目组,通过实施小的软件项目,使每个学生参与到IT项目的实施和管理中,从而掌握IT项目管理相关的理论知识、技术、方法和管理流程.通过对软件工程专业学生实际的实施结果表明,项目驱动法收到了较好的教学效果.

At present,the management courses offered by computer majors in universities are more theoretical and lack of practice management,and can not achieve the desired teaching effect.In view of this problem,a new teaching form is explored in the teaching implementation of IT project management course.And in the teaching form,the students were grouped into several project groups to enable each student to participate in the implementation and management of the IT project.Through the implementation of small software projects,they master IT project management related theory knowledge,technology,method and management flow.Through the actual implementation of the software engineering students,the results show that good teaching effect has been achieved.
