摘要 为了应对雾霾天气、淡水缺乏、城市区域制冷和供热快速增加的严峻挑战,中国正在推行能源结构改革。小型模块堆(SMR)是近年国际上竞相研发的新一代反应堆,可成为安全稳定的分布式清洁能源。中核集团拟通过"玲龙一号"科技示范工程来验证小型模块堆技术,推动中国SMR法规标准完善。本文介绍了"玲龙一号"示范工程的目的、设计原则、设计参数、技术特点、纵深防御安全设计,安全性和许可策略,试验和验证,以及工程进展情况。 In order to cope with severe challenges of smoggy weather,lack of freshwater and rapid increase of urban district cooling and heating,China is promoting the reform of the energy mix.As an important action after Paris climate change conference,increasing the application of clean energy is considered to greatly improve Chinese energy mix and effectively improve the air quality.Small modular reactor(SMR),which is a new generation of reactor competitively developed worldwide in recent years,can become safe,stable and distributed clean energy.China National Nuclear Corporation has developed LING LONG small modular reactor to demonstrate the technology and promote the improvement of SMR codes and standards in China.This paper introduces the design principles,parameters,technical features,defence-in-depth safety design,safety and licensing strategy,test and verification of the LING LONG SMR,and the progress of the demonstration project in China.
