摘要
核燃料元件是核能之源,是核电站安全运行的重要保障。为了保障核电燃料的安全供给,我国在引进先进核电技术的同时,配套引进了国外先进的核电燃料元件技术并实现了国产化制造。现在我国已是核电燃料元件的生产大国,但生产的燃料元件大多数为外国品牌的燃料元件。为了实现核电燃料元件的自主化,近年来,国家大力推进自主品牌核电燃料元件的研发。研发工作以自主品牌核级锆材研制为突破口,以大型压水堆核电燃料元件研发为重点,开发出了以N36核级锆材和CF3燃料元件为代表的一系列自主品牌的核电燃料元件,并逐步向商业化应用推进。
Nuclear fuel elements are the power source of nuclear reactor,and they also ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plant.In order to secure the supply of nuclear fuels,China not only imports nuclear power technology,but also imports advanced fuel element manufacturing technology and realize the localization of these fuel elements.By now,China has already become the leading producer of nuclear fuel elements,but most of the fuel elements manufactured are of foreign brands.In recent years,to realize the localization of nuclear fuel elements,China greatly promotes the R&D on self-brand brand fuel elements.Developing self-brand of nuclear grade zirconium material is set as the breakthrough point of the R&D work,and the R&D on nuclear fuel elements for large-scale pressurized water reactor(PWR)is taken as the key point.At present,a series of self-brand fuel elements such as N36 nuclear grade zirconium material and CF3 fuel elements have been developed and gradually commercialized.All the work has greatly supported China s“going out”strategy for nuclear power and the dream of a nuclear power giant.
