摘要
核电厂安全稳定运行与主控室操纵人员的心理素质密切相关。2013年初以来,行业主管部门要求实施的核电厂操纵人员心理测评工作已经在国内各核电厂持续开展,心理测评结果为核电厂确保核安全的相关人事决策、人员选拔与培训工作提供重要参考依据。为了更好地为核电厂提供相关服务,本研究通过问卷调查、主管访谈等方式对曾经参加心理测评的核电厂操纵人员进行追踪回访。将心理测评数据与追踪回访数据综合分析,结果表明心理测评指标能够有效预测核电厂操纵人员的工作绩效和安全绩效。基于回访数据的分析验证了核电厂操纵人员心理测评系统的有效性,并为系统的进一步优化奠定基础。
Human factors play an important role in the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants(HPPs).Since 2013,the reactor operators psychological assessment has been formally incorporated into China s NPP operator license examination process.The assessment results provide information regarding core competencies of each candidate,which are important to personnel selection,psychological support,and competency training of reactor operators.To examine the predictive validity of reactor operators psychological assessment,a performance follow-up study covering 12 NPPs in China was conducted,and actual performance data was collected from reactor operators and their supervisors.The data analysis results of survey indicated that the psychological indicators used in the psychological assessment could successfully predict reactor operators job performances and safe behavior performance.These results also established foundation for further improvement of the psychological assessment system.
