症状导向AOP规程的开发和应用

Development and Application of Symptom-based AOPs

目前世界各核电站所使用的应急响应规程(EOP)均采用症状导向的规程体系和结构。而核电站异常处理规程(AOP)由于其不同于EOP的属性,采用症状导向法开发的AOP规程尚未得到普遍应用。本文比较了症状导向和事件导向两类规程的各自特点,分析了AOP规程的独特属性,总结出使用症状导向法的AOP规程所具有的优势,并提出了开发和应用症状导向AOP规程的注意事项。

Emergency operation procedures(EOPs)used by nuclear power plants worldwide currently adopt symptom-based procedure system and structure.Attributes of abnormal operation procedures(AOPs)are different from those of EOPs,and symptom-based AOPs haven t been widely used.This article compares respective characteristics of symptom-based procedures and event-based procedures,analyzes unique features of AOPs,summarizes great advantage of applying symptom-based AOPs,and puts forward matters to be paid attention when developing and applying symptom-based AOPs.
