摘要 通过对Varian 2300CD直线加速器微波源瞬间停振故障的维修,系统全面地解析了瓦里安C-系列高能加速器控制系统的三态机模式以及维修性中的机内故障监测机制,提出了将微波源输出纳入联锁系统的改进方案,籍此可以避免控制电脑死机并提高维修性。 Through repaired the RF driver momentary oscillation stop of Varian 2300CD linear accelerator,systematically and comprehensively expounds the three state machine mode of control system and the in-machine fault monitoring mechanism involved in maintainability of Varian high energy accelerator.It proposes an improved solution to bring RF driver output into interlock system,by doing so it can avoid the control computer breakdown and improve maintainability.
