摘要
分别以环境温度和维卡仪试杆插入时间为单一变量,研究二者对水泥标准稠度用水量试验测定值的影响。结果表明:环境温度的上升、维卡仪试杆插入时间的延长均会使水泥标准稠度测定值增大,环境温度为19℃~22℃时,其测定值变化幅度较小;试杆插入时间超过90s后,试验结果会急剧变大。本研究为提升水泥标准稠度试验结果的准确性,提供数据和理论基础。
This study uses environmental temperature and insertion time of the Vicat test bar as single variables to find out the effect on the measured value of the water consumption of the cement standard consistency.The results show that the increase of the environmental temperature and the extension of the insertion time of the Vicat test bar increase the measured value of the cement standard consistency.When the environmental temperature is 19°C to 22°C,the measured value changes little.When the insertion time of the test bar exceeds 90 s,the test result will be come sharply larger.This study provides data and theoretical basis for improving the accuracy of cement consisten cy test results
