摘要
文章提出了一种高精度机械设备换向间隙补偿的控制系统,该系统采用位移传感器或位置编码器测量机械设备主动件的位移量,并反馈数值给可编程控制器,通过计算进行机械设备换向间隙的补偿,使机械设备的位置显示值和实际位置始终保持一致,通过变频电机和变频器控制实现机械设备准确位置控制。现场应用证明,某碎边剪使用该换向间隙补偿的控制系统后,侧间隙误差由原来的±0.05 mm左右控制在±0.006 mm以内,明显提高了设备的位置控制精度。
This paper presents a control system of reversing backlash compensating for high precision mechanical equipment.The system measures the displacement of mechanical equipment driving part by using the displacement sensor or the position encoder,and feedbacks the values to the programmable logic controller,and compensates the reversing backlash by calculating,so that the equipment shows the same position as the actual position.The control of accurate equipment position is realized by frequency conversion motor and inverter.The application shows that the gap error of a scrap cutter with the reversing backlash compensation control system is controlled within±0.006 mm,but the error is±0.05 mm without that system,and it is obvious to improve controlling the position accuracy.
