摘要 介绍压力脉冲试验台的工作原理,阐述系统压力的闭环控制方法,以及水锤压力脉冲波形的实现方式。运用AMESim仿真软件建立液压系统的仿真模型,对仿真结果分析,使水锤压力脉冲曲线满足技术要求,并能对水锤脉冲波形的循环频率、峰值压力、升率等参数按试验要求进行调试。 The working principle of pressure pulse test stand,the closed-loop control method of system pressure and the realization of trapezoidal pressure pulse waveform are introduced.The simulation model of hydraulic system is established by using AMESim simulation software.The simulation results are analyzed to make the trapezoidal pressure pulse curve meet the technical requirements and the parameters of the trapezoidal pulse waveform such as cycle frequency,peak pressure and ascent rate can be adjusted according to the test requirements,and this can improve the system safety and stability.
