键连接全焊接机架锻造液压机

摘要 键连接机架压机与多拉杆预应力机架压机相比存在很多优势。因此从受力、变形和造价几方面对两者进行了对比分析。结果表明,多拉杆压机的拉杆最大拉力是键连接压机公称力的1.72倍,压机最大锻造力时机架的变形量比键连接机架大0.14 mm,且造价明显降低。生产实践中,键连接机架的使用充分验证了键连接压机刚度大、价格低和锻造时机架不晃动的特性。 There are many advantages for the key connection machine frame hydraulic press compared with the multi-pull rod prestressed machine frame hydraulic press.Therefore,the two presses were compared and analyzed form the aspects of force,deformation and cost.The results showed that the m a x i m u m tension of multipull rod press was 1.72 times of the nominal force of the key connection press,and the deformation was 0.1 4 m m bigger than the key connection machine frame when the forging force was the biggest,and the cost reduced obviously.In production practice,the use of the key connection frame fully verified it has big stiffness,low price and no shaking characteristics of forging time.
