摘要
国外某钢厂更换回转支承,依据现场条件采用三步拆卸法解体回转台,解体完成后,调整底台与回转支承内圈的安装面,并调整回转支承与传动小齿轮的啮合,保证传动的平稳调整。回转台的恢复是解体的逆过程,恢复完成后优化电机控制,减小电机启动和停止对设备的冲击。
According to local conditions,a foreign steel plant changed the slewing bearing of ladle turret,the ladle turret were taken apart by three steps.After disassembling,for the sake of smooth deriving,it is necessary to adjust the installation plane between column and inner ring of the slewing bearing,and adjust assemble outer ring of the slewing bearing and the deriving gear.Recovering the ladle turret is the opposite process of disassembling.After recovering the ladle turret,optimizing the motor control is to reducing the striking to device when the motor starts and stops.
