燃煤烟气氨法脱硫脱硝产物结晶实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃煤烟气氨法脱硫脱硝产物中的硫酸铵和硝酸铵可以作为化肥的原料重新使用。为探讨氨法脱硫脱硝产物中硫酸铵和硝酸铵混合结晶的最佳条件,研究了搅拌转速、蒸发温度、溶液pH、是否加入晶种等因素对硫酸铵和硝酸铵混合结晶粒径的影响,得到了硫酸铵和硝酸铵混合结晶的最佳条件。对氨法脱硫脱硝产物中硫酸铵和硝酸铵的混合结晶进行了定性分析;对比了氨法脱硫产物中硫酸铵单独结晶和氨法脱硫脱硝产物中硫酸铵与硝酸铵混合结晶的晶形,结果表明硫酸铵单独结晶时的形貌要比硫酸铵与硝酸铵混合结晶时的形貌更规整。 Ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate in the product from coal fired gas mercury by desulfurization and denitra-tion with ammonia process can be reused as fertilizers.In order to get the better product,the effects of parameters,such as agitation speed,evaportature,pH of solution,and seeds added etc.were investigated and the optimal operation conditions of mixed crystallization were determined.The mixed crystallization products of ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate of ammonia process desulfurization and denitration were analyzed qualitatively.Comparison of crystal shape between the mixed crystalliza-tion of ammonium sulfate alone and ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate together were also studied.It was found that the morphology of ammonium sulfate alone was better than that of mixed crystallization of ammonia sulfate and ammonium nitrate.
