摘要
采用不同的中和物料对硫酸亚铁母液中的钛进行净化工艺对比研究。通过比较硫酸亚铁净化的效果,考察了净化过程的pH、反应温度、中和物料、絮凝剂及母液含钛浓度等因素对净化的影响。实验结果表明,当硫酸亚铁母液的钛质量浓度为20~30 g/L、选用碳酸钙粉体作为中和物料、反应温度为80~85℃、中和pH为4~4.5、w(氯化钡)=1×10-4、w[聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)絮凝剂]=2×10-3时,钛的净化率为99.5%。该方法净化硫酸亚铁母液的钛是可行的,其生产成本低,操作简单方便,使用净化后的硫酸亚铁生产氧化铁红,得到的产品质量好。
Purification process of titanium in ferrous sulfate mother liquor was comparative studied by different neutralizing materials.The effects of pH,reaction temperature,neutralization material,flocculant and concentration of titanium in the mother liquor on the purification were investigated by comparing the effect of purification of ferrous sulfate.The experimental resultsshowedthat,whenthetitaniummassconcentrationofferroussulfatewas20~30g/L,CaCO3 powderwasusedasneutralizingmaterial,thereactiontemperaturewas80?85益,theneutralizationpHwas4?4.5,themassfractionofBaCl2 was 1X10-4 and the mass fraction of PAM flocculant was 2 x10-3,the purification rate of titanium reached 99.5%.Therefore,the method of purifying ferrous sulfate mother liquor was feasible,the production cost was low,and the operation was simple and convenient.The purified ferrous sulfate was used to produce iron oxide red,and the product quality was good.
