摘要
工业铬酸酐中硫酸盐含量的测定有多种方法,但操作繁琐,耗时较长。利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定工业铬酸酐中硫酸盐(以SO4计,下同)含量的方法,克服了现有方法的缺陷。实验表明,采用ICPAES法测定工业铬酸酐中硫酸盐的含量,与GB/T 1610—2009《工业铬酸酐》的分析方法相比,具有分析速度快、检出限低、线性范围宽等特点。该方法的标准曲线线性关系较好(R2=0.999 9),检出限为0.004 mg/L,加标回收率为93.5%~105.3%。应用于生产分析中,能很好地满足质量控制的需要。
There are many methods to determine sulfate content in industrial chromic anhydride,but their operations are te-dious and time-consuming.The method of determination of sulfate(as SO4)in industrial chromic anhydride by ICP-AES over-comes the defects of the existing methods.The results showed that the content of sulfate(as SO4)in industrial chromic anhydride was determined by ICP-AES,compared with the national standard Chromium Trioxide for Industrial Use(GB/T 1610-2009)analysis method,it had the characteristics of fast analysis speed,low detection limit,wide linear range and so on.The standard curve of the method had good linear relationship(R2=0.999 9),detection limit of 0.004 mg/L and standard recovery of93%?105.3%.ICP-AESappliedinproductionanalyzingcouldmeettherequirementofqualitycontrollingwell.
