高通量测序分析红棕紫泥土土壤细菌多样性 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】通过研究四川盆地丘陵区红棕紫泥土壤细菌群落结构,从而了解区域土壤健康状况、发挥土壤潜在肥力和提升区域农林产品质量。【方法】本文以四川资阳土壤保护站坡耕地的红棕紫泥土为研究对象,利用16S扩增子高通量测序技术获取其土壤细菌群落结构特征。【结果】检测到的土壤细菌种类占所有分类物种的11.39%,Chao指数和Simpson多样性指数分别为2738.54种和0.99。所有样品中都检测到序列分属于25个细菌的大类,且以变形菌门细菌为第一优势菌群,其下β-变形菌纲、γ-变形菌纲、α-变形菌纲和δ-变形菌纲细菌的相对丰度分别为17.29%、13.16%、11.92%和6.86%。其次,酸杆菌门和拟杆菌门细菌为第二优势菌群,其相对丰度分别为11.55%和10.87%。【结论】红棕紫泥土土壤细菌种类复杂、多样,且优势类群明显。 【Objective】Red-brown purple soil is one of the main type soils of sloping farmland in the hilly areas of Sichuan.Understanding of the bacteria community structure of red-brown purple soil,could help us to gain a better understanding of soil health,increase soil fertility and improve the quality of regional agricultural and forestry products,and will provide important reference basis for the sustainable use of farmland.【Method】The bacteria community structure of red-brown purple soil red-brown purple soil of sloping farmland was studied by high-throughput sequencing of 16s rDNA.【Result】There were 11.39%of all classified sequences of bacteria detected in red-brown purple soil.Chaos index and Simpson diversity index were 2738.54 and 0.99,respectively.Sequences were detected in all samples belonging to 25 bacterial categories,and dominated by Proteobacteria bacteria.Among the proteobacteria,the relative abundance ofβ-proteobacteria,γ-proteobacteria,α-proteobacteria andδ-proteobacteria were 17.29%,13.16%,and 6.86%respectively.Acidobacteria and bacteroidetes were the second dominant groups of bacteria in red-brown purple soil,and their relative abundances were 11.55 and 10.87,respectively.【Conclusion】Our study revealed an extensive diversity of soil bacteria in red-brown purple soil.
