摘要 【目的】为保护云台山喀斯特自然区生态环境及可持续发展提供依据。【方法】从云台山喀斯特自然区土壤中分离、纯化的有机磷细菌,分析其溶磷指数、磷酸酶活性、生长状况及碳源的利用率。【结果】从土壤分离的有机磷细菌(OPBS13、OPBS12、OPSB14和OPBS32)的溶磷指数、磷酸酶活性、生长状况和碳源的利用均存在显著差异;溶磷能力、磷酸酶活性以及生长状况均为OPSB14>OPBS32>OPBS12>OPBS13。【结论】贵州施秉云台山土壤有机磷细菌的解磷能力及生长状况与有机磷细菌分泌胞外磷酸酶活性有关,且受不同碳源影响。 【Objective】This paper aims to provide references for eco-environment protection and sustainable development of Yuntaishan Karst natural area.【Method】The phosphate-solubilizing index,phosphatase activity,growth status and carbon source utilization were analyzed by isolating and purifying organophosphate bacteria from its soil.【Result】The phosphorus uptake,phosphatase activity,growth status and carbon source efficiency of organic phosphorus bacteria(OPBS13,OPBS12,OPSB14,OPBS32)isolated from soil were different and the phospholytic activity,phosphatase activity and growth rate were as follows:OPSB14>OPBS32>OPBS12>OPBS13.【Conclusion】Phosphorus-solubilizing ability and growth status of organophosphorus bacteria in Yuntai mountain,Shibin,Guizhou province were related to the secretion of extracellular phosphatase by organophosphorus bacteria and were affected by the utilization of different carbon sources.
