水培蔬菜对循环养殖水水质净化效果研究 被引量:12

摘要 【目的】试验研究水生蔬菜对水产养殖循环水水质改善效果,为水生蔬菜在养殖废水生态修复方面提供数据支持。【方法】试验以不种菜为对照,在温室大棚内研究空心菜、薄荷2种蔬菜对高密度水产养殖循环水氮、磷和BOD_5的去除效果。【结果】空心菜和薄荷在循环养殖水中生长正常,二者对养殖水总氮、氨态氮、硝态氮、总磷和BOD5去除效果均较好,最高去除率分别高达77.89%、83.18%、95.55%、93.43%、95.55%和77.56%、80.97%、94.95%、83.94%、91.94%。【结论】空心菜和薄荷对循环养殖水N、P和BOD5的去除效果都较好,其中空心菜去除效果略好于薄荷。 【Objective】In order to provide some data supports for ecological restoration of aquaculture waste water by hydroponic vegetables,the purification effect of hydroponic vegetables on aquaculture waste water was studied.【Method】Two hydroponic vegetables(Ipom oea aquatica and mint)were selected to clean the circulating aquaculture waste water.The changes of removal rates of N,P and BOD 5 in the waste water were measured,and the circulating aquaculture waste water without planting hydroponic vegetable was used as the control measurement.All these experiments were performed in the greenhouse.【Result】Ipom oea aquatica and mint could grew well in aquaculture waste water.Generally,both Ipom oea aquatica and mint could remove the nutrients in the water.The removal rates of TN,NH+4-N,NO-3-N,TP and BOD 5 by Ipom oea aquatica were 77.89%,83.18%,95.55%,93.43%and 95.55%,respectively.The removal rates of TN,NH+4-N,NO-3-N,TP and BOD 5 by mint were 77.56%,80.97%,94.95%,83.94%and 91.94%,respectively.【Conclusion】Effects of removal rates of TN,NH+4-N,NO-3-N,TP and BOD 5 in aquaculture waste water by Ipom oea aquatica and mint were good.Effect of removal rates of TN,NH+4-N,NO-3-N,TP and BOD 5 in aquaculture waste water by Ipom oea aquatica was better than that by mint.
