摘要
目的制备片状勃姆石粉体。方法程序控温辅助水热法。结果本研究制备了棒状勃姆石粉体,并利用X-射线衍射技术(XRD)、热失重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其形貌和晶型进行了表征。结论与传统水热法相比,程序控温辅助水热法制备勃姆石粉体,具有控温精确灵活、产物形貌均匀等明显的优势。
Objective:To prepare rodlike boehmite powders.Methods:Programmable temperature controlled hydrothermal method.Results:In this study,lamellar boehmite powders was synthesized and its morphology and crystal form were characterized by techniques of X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetic analysis(TGA)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Conclusion:Compared with conventional hydrothermal method,preparation of boehmite powders by programmable temperature controlled hydrothermal method have distinct advantages,such as:precise and flexible control of temperature,homogeneous morphology of the products.
