氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Glucosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨氨基葡萄糖、玻璃酸钠联合治疗膝骨性关节炎临床应用效果。方法对照组膝骨性关节炎患者采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,研究组膝骨性关节炎患者经玻璃酸钠、氨基葡萄糖联合治疗。记录各组膝骨性关节炎患者治疗前后膝关节功能改善效果,将所得数据输入SPSS软件后给予相应分析并得出结论。结果治疗前两组具有相似的膝关节功能(Lysholm量表评分)评价结果,数据对比P>0.05;治疗后研究组Lysholm量表评分改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠、氨基葡萄糖联合治疗膝骨性关节炎具有较为理想的临床疗效,有利于改善患者膝关节功能并保障其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of glucosamine and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The patients in the control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the patients in the study group were treated with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine.The effect of knee joint function improvement in patients with knee osteoarthritis before and after treatment was recorded,and the data were input into SPSS software to give corresponding analysis and draw conclusions.Results:Before treatment,the two groups had similar knee function(Lysholm scale score)evaluation results,data compared with P>0.05;after treatment,the Lysholm scale score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has an ideal clinical effect,which is beneficial to improve the knee function and protect the quality of life of patients.
