根管预备长度的选择对临床疗效的影响

摘要 目的比较通过根管电测仪确定的两种根管预备长度进行根管预备后根尖止点丧失、术后反应及根管充填后半年成功率的差异。方法将200例患者的200个前磨牙根管随机分为两组进行根管预备,实验组100颗用根管电测仪确定的工作长度减去0.5 mm进行根管预备,对照组100颗用根管电测仪确定的工作长度进行根管预备,比较两组在根管预备后根尖止点丧失情况、术后反应及根管充填半年后成功率的差异。结果实验组较对照组根管预备后根尖止点丧失少,根管预备后术后反应小,根管充填半年后成功率高,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论用根管电测仪确定的工作长度减去0.5 mm进行根管预备可有效减少根尖止点丧失和术后反应及提高根管治疗成功率。 Objective:To comparethe apical stop loss,postoperative response after root canal preparation and half year success rate after root canal filling by two kindsof rootcanalpreparationlengthdetermined byroot canal electrical apparatus.Methods:The premolar root canals of 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups for root canal preparation,in the experiment group,100 root canals measured with root canal electrical apparatus were prepared with the working length reduced by 0.5mm,in the control group,100 root canals measured with root canal electrical apparatus were prepared with the working length,to comparethe apical stop loss,postoperative response after root canal preparation and half year success rate after root canal filling.Results:Compared with the control group,the experiment group had less apical stop loss,less postoperative response and more half year success rate after root canal filling,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Root canal preparation with the working length measured by root canal electrical apparatus which was reduced by 0.5 mm can reduce the apical stop loss、postoperative response and improve the success rate of root canal therapy.
