呼吸内科患者改良早期预警评分(MEWS)与降钙素原(PCT)的相关性研究

Study ON the correlation between Modified early warning score( MEWS) and procalcitonin( PCT) of the patient in respiratory department

目的研究呼吸内科患者MEWS评分与PCT值的相关性,探讨MEWS评分是否可以预测PCT值。方法选取2016年1月12日—2016年11月26日呼吸内科符合入选标准的患者426例,以患者入院就诊为观察起点,采集相关数据,进行MEWS评分和PCT值的测定。对PCT值与MEWS评分进行直线相关与回归分析。结果MEWS评分与PCT测定值呈正相关,相关系数r=0.333,P<0.01。建立回归方程,P=0.00<0.01,已建立的回归方程有统计学意义。结论呼吸内科患者MEWS评分与PCT测定值呈正相关,MEWS评分可在一定范围内预测该评分下的PCT值,辅助医护人员识别呼吸内科患者感染程度。

Objective:To study the correlation between MEWS and PCT in respiratory department,and to discuss whether MEWS can predict PCT or not.Methods:During 12,2016 to November 26,2016,426 cases of patients from respiratory department was elected as the research object.MEWS and PCT were collected from the patient's admission.Linear correlation and regression analysis were used between PCT and MEWS.Results:The MEWS was positively correlated with the PCT,and the correlation coefficient was r=0.333,P<0.01.The regression equation was established,P=0.00<0.01,and the established regression equation was statistically significant.Conclusion:In respiratory department,the MEWS is positively related to PCT.It can predict the PCT in a certain range,and assist the medical staff to identify the degree of infection to some extent.
