摘要
以玉竹多糖干预低氧训练肥胖大鼠,设计分组对照实验研究各组大鼠血清氧自由基及血清羟自由基的抑制能力以评估其血清自由基代谢情况。结果表明,FHLP组及FLHP组大鼠血清氧自由基抑制能力与FLL组及FHC组比较显著较高;FLHP组羟自由基的抑制能力与FLH组比较显著较高。低氧训练能一定程度的提高高脂饮食所致肥胖大鼠血清氧自由基和羟自由基的抑制能力,玉竹多糖补充可增强其抑制能力,减少自由基的生成,进而提高机体的抗氧化能力。
Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides is used for the intervention of obese rats during the Hypoxia training.The rats are grouped to study the serum levels of oxygen free radical,hydroxyl free radical inhibiting ability for evaluating the serum free radical metabolism.The results indicate that the serum oxygen free radical inhibition ability in both FHLP and FLHP group are significantly higher than that of FLL and FHC group;hydroxyl free radical inhibiting ability in FLHP is higher than that of FLH group.It come to pass that hypoxic training can improve the serum oxygen free radical and hydroxyl free radical inhibiting ability of the high-fat diet obesity rats in some degree.Polygonatum polysaccharides can enhance its inhibitory ability,reduce the generation of free radicals,and improve the body's antioxidant capacity accordingly.
