[目的/意义]旨在为"互联网+"背景下个人信息保护提供参考。[方法/过程]从个人信息保护的价值困境和现实困境2个维度入手,研究个人信息保护现状及存在的问题。[结果/结论]提出个人信息保护应以法律为基石、加大技术研发力度、建立行业组织、提高个人自我保护意识,共同构筑个人信息保护安全生态圈。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for personal information protection under the background of“Internet+”.[Method/process]The paper starts from two aspects of value dilemma and reality dilemma of personal information protection,and analyzes the current status and the existing problems of personal information protection.[Result/conclusion]It puts forwards that personal information protection should base on the law and rely on the improvement of technology research,industry organization and personal self-protection awareness,furthermore a safety ecosphere of personal information protection will be built.
