[目的/意义]研究大数据时代图书馆参考咨询馆员的知识服务能力建设。[方法/过程]从大数据时代图书馆参考咨询馆员知识服务能力面临的严峻挑战入手,阐述了参考咨询馆员知识服务能力具体内涵,从职能定位偏差、倦怠情绪明显以及管理机制滞后等3个方面研究参考咨询馆员知识服务能力的存在问题,以及从"优化理念,准确定位""紧贴需求,创新机制""同行交流,互通有无""严格管理,强化激励"等4个方面探讨参考咨询馆员知识服务能力的建设措施。[结果/结论]参考咨询馆员是图书馆参考咨询服务的主体,图书馆应从参考咨询馆员的实际能力入手,强化其创新意识、提升其业务素养、培育其知识素养、提升其知识服务能力,为用户提供高效、优质的知识服务,最终保障图书馆知识服务的可持续发展。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to research on the knowledge service ability construction of reference librarians in the era of big data.[Method/process]The paper starts with discussing serious development challenges of the knowledge service capability of reference librarians,then expounds the specific content,summarizes existing problems from three aspects of function orientation bias,obviously listless mood and lagged management mechanism,and explores construction measures of the knowledge service capability of reference librarians,including“optimization idea,accurate positioning”,“close to demands,innovation mechanism”,“peers communication,exchanging needs”,and“strict management,strengthening incentive”.[Result/conclusion]The reference librarian is the main body of library reference service.It should be paid more attention on practical capabilities of reference librarians,including strengthening their consciousness of innovation,enhancing their professional qualities,cultivating their knowledge,and improving their knowledge service capabilities,so as to provide efficient and high quality knowledge services for users.These measures can guarantee the sustainable development of library knowledge service.
