海上低渗储层裸眼测试及径向射流联作技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对海上低渗储层常规APR测试技术作业复杂、成本高昂又难以获得工业油气流的难题,国内外首次研发了海上低渗储层裸眼测试及径向射流联作技术。通过井身结构优化,喷射液、新型径向射流工具及联作测试管柱研发,该技术把径向射流技术和常规APR测试技术有机地结合起来。相对常规APR测试技术,避免了储层段下尾管固井、射孔及储层改造作业;相对常规径向射流技术,避免了单独起下管柱及压井环节,最大限度的保护了油气藏。该技术在南海西部某探井测试作业中成功运用,大大减少了作业时间、节省大量作业费用,为海上低渗储层测试作业找到了一条新路,有较大的推广价值。 Conventional APR testing technique for low-permeability reservoirs offshore is complex, costly anddifficult to obtain the industrial oil flow. Offshore low permeability reservoir open-hole test and radial jet combination technique is first developed domestic and overseas. Through well bore structure optimization, jet fluid optimization, new type of radial jet tool and test string research, Combine radial jet technology with conventionalAPR testing techniques. Relative to conventional APR testing techniques, it is avoided to running casing and cementing in the reservoir section, and perforation and reservoir modification. Compared with conventional radialjet technology, it is avoided to protect the oil and gas reservoirs by means of single string and killing well. Thetechnology used successfully in an exploratory well testing operation in the South China sea, greatly reducing theoperation time and saving a lot of homework cost. It finds a new road for low permeability reservoir test work andhas a great promotion value.
