摘要
霍尔果斯背斜古近系由于受到构造运动的挤压,地应力高、地层破碎,特别是高陡地层层理发育、地层岩石水敏性强且存在多个压力层系,钻井过程中井下垮塌、漏失等复杂事故频繁发生。霍尔果斯井壁失稳多种失稳机理共存、互相作用,以高陡层理性泥页岩地层的井壁失稳为主。因此,解决井壁稳定性差的难点,优化钻井液体系,提高对复杂地层的抑制能力成为霍尔果斯背斜古近系安全快速钻井的关键。
The Paleogene of the Huoerguosi anticline is strongly squeezed by the tectonic movement, it leads tohigh ground stress, broken strata, and especially High-steep stratigraphic development. The stratum rock is highly water-sensitive and it has multiple pressure strata. Downhole collapse、leakage and other complex accidentsoccur frequently during the drilling process. The Paleogene of Huoerguosi anticline coexist multiple wellbore instability mechanisms and interact with each other. Mainly due to the instability of the wellbore in the shale formation with high and steep layers. Therefore, solving the difficulty of poor stability of the borehole wall, optimizing the drilling fluid system and improving the ability to inhibit complex formations become the key to the safeand rapid drilling of the Paleogene system in the Huoerguosi anticline.
