摘要
介绍了一种高浓度含氟含氯废气的处理与处置方法。采用SDG耦合活性炭的中和吸附工艺,对危废仓库产生的含氟含氯废气进行处理;处理后,废气排放的特征因子:HCl为0.24mg/m^3,总氟化物3.08mg/m^3,非甲烷总烃20.2mg/m^3,完全符合国家排放标准。该工艺操作简便,且系统运行稳定有效,可为类似项目设计与管理提供借鉴意义。
This article introduces the treatment and disposal method of VOCs containing high concentration fluorine and chlorine.SDG and activated carbon neutralization adsorption coupling process was used to treat the VOCs in the waste warehouse.After treatment,the exhaust gas characteristic factor is:HCl 0.24 mg/m3,total fluoride 3.08 mg/m3,non-methane total hydrocarbon 20.2 mg/m3,and fully conforms to the national emission standard.The configuration is simple and the operation of the system is stable and effective,It also can provide references and managements for similar projects.
