摘要
采用泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术对生产装置进行了全面检测与统计分析,逐步完成项目建立、现场检测及泄漏评估的工作;对目标装置密封点的泄漏值进行定量,明确了装置内泄漏点数量及位置。结果表明:在本轮检测中,经检测的化工装置中连接件的泄露量最大,占总排放量的42.95%;其次是阀门和泄压装置,分别占总体排放量的23.30%和14.55%。随着修复点位数量的不断升高,LDAR项目的经济效益将显著增加。
Leakage detection and repair(LDAR)technology has been used to conduct comprehensive testing and statistical analysis of production equipment,also promoting and completing the establishment of programme,on-site inspection and assessment of VOCs,LDAR quantifies the leak value at the sealing point of the target device and specifies the number and location of leaks within the device.The results show that the chemical plant connectors are the largest amount,accounting for 42.95%of the total emissions;followed by the valve and pressure relief devices,respectively,the total emissions of 23.30%and 14.55%.With the leaks are repaired,the benefits of LDAR project will be even more pronounced.
