上下板对折式多级扩展方舱的设计

摘要 目的设计一种上下板对折式多级扩展方舱。方法利用机械结构对称破缺规律设计方舱舱体结构及其密封形式,利用运动拓扑规律设计与舱体相适应的扩展机构,方舱的扩展和撤收采用多电机同步控制系统实现一键式控制。结果新设计方舱扩展比大,扩展撤收快速平稳,操作简单,维护方便,能满足公路快速移运要求。结论上下板对折式多级扩展方舱具有很高的实用和推广价值。 Objective We aimed to design a multi-level extensible folding plate cabin.Methods The framework and the seal airtight of the cabin was designed based on the mechanical structure symmetry breaking theorem.The extensible mechanism was designed by using the multi-motor synchronous control system.One-button operation was used to control the extension and furl of the cabin.Results The new tape cabin with wide extension ratio was characterized with high-speed and steady extension or furl,easy operation,simple maintenance,which could meet the requirements of highway rapid movement.Conclusion The multi-level extensible folding plate cabin has high practicability and popularization value.
