摘要
结合超声引导、手动静脉穿刺,设计了一款低功耗便携的自动静脉穿刺装置。通过B超检测穿刺部位血管状况,选取固定穿刺位置,系统对超声图像进行静脉血管识别并计算相应穿刺距离,控制器驱动穿刺针进行穿刺动作,达到指定穿刺位置。在掌上B超的基础上进行了该穿刺装置的结构设计,采用微型步进电机作为驱动电机,系统以STM32F105芯片作为主控芯片,采用模块化的方式完成了控制系统的软硬件设计。测试结果表明:自动静脉穿刺装置能够在B超的引导下准确驱动穿刺针达到指定穿刺位置,实现穿刺功能。
Combined with ultrasonic guidance and manual venipuncture,we designed a low power consumption and portable automatic venipuncture device.The position of the puncture vessel was detected by type-B ultrasonic,and the punctures position was selected,then the system could recognize the vein of ultrasonic image and calculate the corresponding puncture distance,and the controller drived the needle reached the destination.The structure of the puncture device was designed on the basis of palm B-mode ultrasonography.This device adopted the micro stepping motor as the driving motor,and the STM32F105 chip was used as the main control chip.The software and hardware design of the control system was completed in a modular manner.The test results showed that this device could drive the needle reaching the expected position accurately under the guidance of type-B ultrasonic,and achieve the function of venipuncture.
