多种治疗脑积水抗虹吸模拟仿真模型阀门的研究

摘要 临床治疗脑积水的过程中,经常会出现裂隙状侧脑室症,从而引发硬膜下血肿,囟门早闭等并发症。本文针对3种抗虹吸阀门进行模拟仿真实验,并且给出实验数据对比和分析,帮助临床医生选择正确的抗虹吸阀门来应对虹吸力引起的裂隙状侧脑室症问题。使用同一个水囊和若干个三通阀门同时连接3个不同的抗虹吸阀门,利用数字螺旋步进器同时给予相同的水压,利用流体液压监测软件同时监测3个阀门的表现,实验数据分为两组进行获得,一组是模拟患者横卧位,另一组是模拟患者站立位,最后将监测后的两组数据进行对比和分析。1号和2号阀门在平躺状态和站立状态时都存在分流量过高的现象。3号阀门虽然存在同样的问题,但是数值方面相对可以接受。值得指出的是,3号阀门在患者站立的状态下比较接近正常的脑脊液循环状态。通过对3种治疗脑积水抗虹吸模拟仿真模型阀门的研究,以求能给脑积水治疗过程中抗虹吸阀门的选择带来积极的参考意义,从而减少裂隙状侧脑室症的发生,为更好的治疗脑积水带来积极的意义。 Lateral cerebral ventricle is a typical lateral ventricle disease in treatment of hydrocephalus which causes a subdural hematoma and other complications,early fontanel closure etc.In order to help clinicians choose the right anti-siphon valve to deal with the fissure lateral ventriculosis caused by siphonage,simulation experiment was performed on three kinds of anti-siphon valve and the experimental data were compared and analyzed.Three different anti-siphon valves were all connected to the same water capsule and several tee valves,the same water pressure was given by a digital spiral step,the performance of three valves was monitored simultaneously via fluid hydraulic monitoring software.The experimental data were divided into two groups,one group was simulated patient horizontal position,another group was simulated standing position.Finally,the data after monitoring of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Both of NO.1 and NO.2 valves had excessive amount of shunt in both lying and standing conditions.For NO.3 valve,although the problem was the same,but the value was relatively acceptable.It was worth nothing that NO.3 valve in the patient standing position under the condition of was relatively close to the normal state of CSF circulation.It could give a positive reference significance of anti-siphon valve for the treatment of hydrocephalus in the selection process through the research on simulation model of 3 kinds of valves for the treatment of hydrocephalus anti-siphon.Therefore,it can reduce the incidence of lateral cerebral ventricle,which has positive significance for better treatment of hydrocephalus.
