我国高值医用耗材集中采购现状及思考

Present Situation and Thinking of High Value Medical Consumables in China

本文总结梳理了我国高值医用耗材集中采购主要采用招标、挂网、谈判等几种具体方式的现状。分析了集中采购中存在的目录编码基础工作薄弱、带量采购难以落实、思路不清等问题,提出了加快补齐短板、强化顶层设计、统筹联动推进等有针对性的建议和努力方向,为深入推进高值医用耗材集中采购提供参考。

The current procurement of high-value medical consumables in China which mainly included public bidding,releasing on Internet and negotiationand was summarized in this paper.Then the problems such as unclear idea of centralized purchasing,difficulty in carrying out quantity purchase and weak basic working of cataloguing were analyzed.Some suggestions and efforts,such as completion of the short board,strengthen of the top level,and coordination with the promotion were put forward put in the end of this paper to provide reference for the intensive procurement of high-value medical consumables.
