驻马店“一核心+三片区”的城镇体系发展构想

Urban System Development Idea For Zhumadian Based on “One-Core and Three-Area”

驻马店是中原城市群中重要的中心地之一,但距离区域中心城市较远。为了迅速提升城镇化水平,驻马店城镇体系建设需要从区际与区内两个层面着手。前者就是要通过漯河与"许昌―平顶山―漯河"整合在一起;后者就是要在行政区划内划分出3个子片区,即以遂平县为子中心的"遂平县+西平县+上蔡县"子片区,以汝南县为子中心的"汝南县+平舆县+新蔡县"子片区,以确山县为子中心的"确山县+泌阳县+正阳县"子片区。每个子片区都要以乡镇中心地为主体构建起"分层发展"的城镇组团,通过子片区中心地与驻马店市整合在一起?

As one of the important cities in Central Plain Area,Zhumadian City is far from the regional central city.In order to promote urbanization,the construction of Zhumadian urban system should be based on inter and inner region levels.The former is to integrate the area of“Xuchang-Pingdingshan-Luohe”,the latter is to divide the administrative area into several sub areas:in the first sub area,taking Suiping county as the center,integrating Suiping,Xiping and Shangcai together;in the second sub area,taking Runan county as the center,integrating Runan,Pingyu and Xincai together;in the third sub area,taking Queshan county as the center,integrating Queshan,Biyang and Zhengyang together.In each sub area,town-centered development model is set up and integrated with Zhumadian through subarea centers.
