Building a Community of Human Destiny:Practical Progress,Realistic Predicament and Prospect

十八大以来,中国把握机遇启动了"一带一路"命运共同体、周边命运共同体、中国-发展中国家命运共同体,以及亚洲命运共同体等一系列共同体建设实践,并取得了积极的实践成果。但人类命运共同体毕竟仍然处于理念初创和实践初步启动阶段,它仍面临一系列现实问题与困境,如共同体的理想主义与现实博弈的实用主义之间存在悖论,中国复兴梦将助推世界梦还是会衍生更多文明冲突存在争论,新建构的命运共同体与已有共同体机制的关系如何处理存在分歧,等等。构建人类命运共同体虽然任重而道远,但只要我们能够积极寻找各国人民的利益汇合点,就能筑牢利益共同体的根基;只要我们能够坚持与各国人民共商共建共享,就能凝聚各国人民对命运共同体的共识;只要我们能够在发展好自己的同时带动和促进其他国家共同发展,就能为打造责任共同体树立典范,人类命运共同体必将有一个美好前景逐步展现。

Since the 18th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,China seized the opportunity to launch a series of community building practices such as the“the Belt and Road Initiative”Destiny Community,the Neighborhood Destiny Community,the China Developing Countries Destiny Community,and the Asian Destiny Community,which have made positive practical achievements.However,the community of human destiny is still at the initial stage of concept creation and practice.It still faces a series of practical problems and dilemmas.For example,there is a paradox between the idealism of the community and the pragmatism of the reality game.The dream of Chinese revival will boost the world's dream.Still,there will be debates over the existence of more clashes of civilizations and how to deal with the differences in the relationship between the newly constructed fate community and the existing community,and so on.While building a community of human destiny is a long and arduous task,as long as we can actively seek for the convergence of interests of peoples of various countries,we can build a solid foundation for the interest community.As long as we can adhere to the principle of building partnerships and sharing with people of all countries,we can reach the consensus of the peoples on the community of destiny;as long as we can develop and promote the common development of other countries at the same time,we can establish a model for creating a community of responsibility,thus the common destiny of mankind will have a good prospect.
