地方博物馆在美丽城镇建设中的文化担当——以德清县为例

Cultural responsibility of local museums in the construction of beautiful towns——Take Deqing County as an Example

基于对高质量、可持续城市化的战略考量,和对有着庞大农业人口基数的中国特色城市化的大胆探索,中共十八大后不久,中央城镇化工作会议先行召开,新型城镇化引起了各方重视,浙江等地推出了小城镇综合整治行动。用历史和文化的视角审视,江浙小城镇的整治说到底还是"江南市镇"的复兴。江南市镇的盛衰轨迹是作为农耕文明社会的中国自主寻求城市化的艰难而可贵的实践,其中有许多经验值得思考。作为以遗产保护与利用为己任的文化部门,博物馆如何在这波大潮中把准脉、切准题、担当好,是我们当下服务中华优秀文化复兴的重要课题。

Based on the strategic considerations of high quality and sustainable urbanization and the bold exploration of Chinese urbanization with a large population base,soon after the 18th CPC National Congress,the central urbanization work conference was held,and new urbanization has been put on the agenda,and importance has been attached to the introduction of a comprehensive rectification campaign for small towns in Zhejiang.From a historical and cultural point of view,the rectification of small towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang is still a renaissance of the“southern town of Jiangnan”.The ups and downs of the Jiangnan towns are a difficult and valuable practice of China’s self seeking urbanization as a farming civilized society.Many of these experiences are worth pondering.As a cultural department responsible for the protection and utilization of heritage,how museums can apply accurate standards,correct questions and play well in this wave is an important issue for us to serve the rejuvenation of excellent Chinese culture.
