摘要
莱钢集团公司始终坚持党委统一领导、各方合力推进,创新思路模式,工会助力职工队伍建设有担当、有作为,坚持全心全意依靠职工办企业方针,通过网上学习、全员阅读、技能实训、技能展示、岗位成长和持续激励六大平台,采取群众性创新机制、创新工作室、技术创新竞赛和创新成果交流展示等四项举措,创新维权服务,创建学习型企业,职工共享发展成果,职工队伍整体素质有提升、有发展,形成了产业工人队伍建设的"莱钢模式"。
Group company of Lai Gang persistently insists on the uniform guidance of committee of the Party,integrates all powers to get improved,and innovates thoughts model.On the other hand,trade unions help workers'team construction become responsible and efficient,stick on the plan of entirely depending on staff to take on the company.With six platforms of internet studying,all members reading,skill practice,skill exhibition,position development and constant stimulus,four measures of mass creation mechanism,innovation studio,technology creation contest and creation sharing,the unions establish rights protection service,studying incorporate,make staff share development result and help improve quality of staff team,and ultimately form the“Lai Gang mode”of industrial workers team construction.
