摘要
工会是群众性组织,是职工凝聚力和创造力的基础。深入推进供给侧结构性改革,工会不仅要搞清楚现状是什么,解决"怎么看"的认识问题;还要搞清楚方向是什么,解决"怎么干"的行动问题。面对供给侧结构性改革给职工利益带来的调整,工会组织要帮助广大企业走出困境,及时回应职工诉求,在畅通职工诉求表达渠道、维护职工合法权益等方面,扭转工会供给和职工需求"供需错位"的失衡局面。
Trade unions,mass organizations are the foundation of staff's cohesion and creation.Therefore,in order to deeply promote structural reform of supply side,unions need to not only figure out current situation,solve cognition problem of“how to see it”,but also to insist right direction and cope with issue of“how to do it”.confronted with adjustment to staff's interests brought by reform,trade unions have to provide assistance for enterprises to help them get rid of dilemma,respond to appeal from staff in time and modify imbalanced situation between workers'demand and supply in terms of smoothing expression approaches of staff and protecting their legal interests.
