黄龙止咳颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床研究

Clinical study of Huanglong Zhike granule in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infection

目的探讨黄龙止咳颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 110例反复呼吸道感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各55例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,实验组予以黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、症状改善时间与T细胞亚群水平。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率与化痰、止咳、退热、肺部啰音消失的时间分别为98.18%与(3.95±0.42)、(3.07±0.21)、(1.73±0.58)、(4.13±0.64)d,对照组分别为50.91%与(5.84±0.67)、(4.86±0.24)、(3.19±0.64)、(5.93±0.79)d;实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的CD3、CD4与CD4/CD8水平明显高于对照组,CD8水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄龙止咳颗粒能够有效的治疗反复呼吸道感染,具有显著的效果,能够改善患者的不良临床症状,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Huanglong Zhike granule in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infection.Methods A total of 110 patients with recurrent respiratory infection were divided by random number table method into control group and experimental group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Huanglong Zhike granule.Observation were made on clinical treatment effect,symptom improvement time and T cell subgroup level between the two groups.Results The experimental group had total effective rate of clinical treatment,reduce phlegm,cough relief,defervescence and pulmonary rales disappearance time respectively as 98.18%,(3.95±0.42),(3.07±0.21),(1.73±0.58)and(4.13±0.64)d,which were respectively 50.91%,(5.84±0.67),(4.86±0.24),(3.19±0.64)and(5.93±0.79)d in the control group.The experimental group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate than the control group,and obviously shorter clinical symptom improvement time than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had obviously higher CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 level than the control group,and obviously lower CD8 level than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglong Zhike granule shows remarkable effect in treating recurrent respiratory infection,and it can improve the adverse clinical symptom of patients.It contains higher clinical promotion value.
