超声引导下穿刺活检术在卵巢疾病诊断中的临床价值

Clinical value of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in the diagnosis of ovarian diseases

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检术在卵巢疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法 35例妇科肿瘤患者,均行超声引导下经皮卵巢穿刺活检术取材,观察患者的病理诊断情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 33例取材成功,均获得确诊,定性诊断率为94.29%(33/35),3例穿刺病理为良性,30例为恶性病变。患者中仅有1例出现局部血肿,不良反应发生率为2.86%,其余患者无明显不良反应。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术可用于对卵巢疾病进行定性诊断,其诊断准确率高。超声引导下经皮卵巢穿刺活检术术后不良反应发生率低,安全可靠。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in the diagnosis of ovarian diseases.Methods A total of 35 patients with gynecologic tumor were treated by ultrasoundguided percutaneous ovarian biopsy,and their pathological diagnosis and adverse reaction were observed.Results 33 cases were successfully obtained,all of them were confirmed,with qualitative diagnosis rate as 94.29%(33/35),and 3 cases were benign and 30 were malignant.Only 1 patient had local hematoma,with incidence of adverse reactions as 2.86%,and the other patients had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous ovarian biopsy can be used for qualitative diagnosis of ovarian diseases,and the diagnostic accuracy is high.Ultrasound-guided percutaneous ovarian biopsy provides low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and it is safe and reliability.
