依那普利联用叶酸治疗H型高血压的疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究依那普利联用叶酸治疗H型高血压的作用以及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法 90例H型高血压患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用依那普利治疗,观察组患者采用依那普利联用叶酸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、血管内皮素(ET-1)以及一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果治疗前,两组ET-1、NO、TM以及Hcy水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述指标均有不同程度改善,且观察组ET-1、NO、TM以及Hcy水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=18.19、15.21、3.39、3.05,P<0.05)。结论依那普利联用叶酸对H型高血压治疗科学有效,不仅能改善治疗效果,也能保护血管内皮功能,避免严重心脑血管疾病出现,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the effect of enalapril combined with folic acid in the treatment of type H hypertension and its influence on vascular endothelial function.Methods A total of 90 patients with type H hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with folic acid.Comparison were made on serum homocysteine level(Hcy),thrombomodulin(TM),vascular endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)levels before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in ET-1,NO,TM and Hcy level(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had better indicators above,and the observation group had obviously better ET-1,NO,TM and Hcy level than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.19,15.21,3.39,3.05,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of enalapril and folic acid is effective and scientific in the treatment of type H hypertension.It can not only improve the treatment effect,but also protect the endothelial function and avoid serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
