桂枝茯苓片与盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片联用治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Guizhi Fuling tablets and clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate dispersion tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察桂枝茯苓片与盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片联用治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法 96例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者采用常规方式治疗,以盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服中成药桂枝茯苓片治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状和体征改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者临床症状及体征情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者临床症状及体征情况优于治疗前,且观察组患者优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抗菌药物盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯常规治疗基础上,加用桂枝茯苓片对慢性盆腔炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Guizhi Fuling tablets and clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate dispersion tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate dispersion tablets,and the observation group was treated with Chinese patent medicine of Guizhi Fuling tablets on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy,and improvement of clinical efficacy and signs before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 91.67%than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in clinical symptoms and signs(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had better clinical symptoms and signs than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Guizhi Fuling tablets on the conventional therapy of antibacterials clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate dispersion tablets shows remarkable effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
