浅析妇科内分泌症患者性激素类药物的合理使用

Analysis of rational use of sex hormone drugs in patients with gynecological endocrinology

目的分析妇科内分泌症患者性激素类药物的合理使用情况。方法 82例妇科内分泌症患者作为研究对象,根据用药合理与否分为合理用药组(38例)与非合理用药组(44例)。比较两组临床疗效;通过文献检索及研究妇科内分泌症座谈等方式,了解妇科内分泌症非合理用药组的常见用药错误,对用药错误原因进行分析并提出相应对策。结果合理用药组总有效率97.37%显著高于非合理用药组的40.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。收集一般资料,结果显示非合理用药组中,因"激素"名而不敢服用(25.0%)和患者对药物的药理作用理解偏差(22.7%)导致的用药错误事件均在20%以上,两者共计47.7%;遗忘(18.2%)而导致的用药错误接近20%;而因私下用药、剂量错误和不良反应导致的用药错误相对较低。结论临床医生可通过宣教手册和视频等多种手段进行宣教,增强医患沟通,增加患者性激素用药的正确应用。

Objective To analyze the rational use of sex hormone drugs in patients with gynecological endocrinology.Methods A total of 82 patients with gynecological endocrinology as study subjects were divided by rational use or not into rational medication group(38 cases)and irrational medication group(44 cases).The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared.Through literature search and research on gynecological endocrine symposium,the common medication errors of gynecologic endocrinology in irrational medication group was understood,so as to analyze the causes of medication errors and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Results Rational medication group had obviously higher total effective rate as 97.37%than 40.91%in irrational medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general data were collected and the results showed that in irrational medication group,the medication error events caused by the inability to take the name of"hormone"(25.0%)and patients’understanding of the pharmacological effects(22.7%)were both above 20%,accounting for 47.7%totally.The error of medication caused by forgetting(18.2%)is close to 20%,and medication errors due to private use,incorrect dosage and adverse reactions were relatively low.Conclusion The clinicians can promote the propaganda and education by means of brochure and video,so as to improve the correct application of sex hormone in patients.
