摘要
宽厚板生产中一般采用MAS轧制进行轧件头尾缺陷的改善,从而提高成材率。为了提高MAS控制参数的设定精度,必须建立轧件头尾缺陷的定量预测模型。以扫描式高温计图像为基础,通过对轧件头尾图像进行边界提取,获得轧件头尾缺陷的轮廓。根据轧件头尾缺陷的三点式定义,将头尾缺陷进行定量保存,进而实现轧件头尾缺陷的自动采集功能。
In wide plate production process,head and tail defects are usually improved by MAS rolling,in this way,yield can be enhanced.To improve the setting precision of MAS rolling parameters,head and tail defects quantitative prediction model had first to be built.This study then,on the basis of scanning pyrometer image,got the outline of head and tail defects by extracting the boundary of the head and tail figure of rolled piece.Finally,according to the three-point definition of head and tail defects,head and tail defects were saved quantitatively.Based on the upper work,the automatic collection function of the head and tail defects was built.
