摘要
目的分析修复重建口腔颌面部损伤过程中应用3D打印技术联合计算机辅助手术系统的疗效,为口腔颌面部缺损修复重建的治疗方案提供参考依据。方法选取2016年1月~2016年12月我院收治44例需要接受颌面部缺损修复重建患者作为研究对象,采用随机平均法分为对照组与实验组,各22例。对照组采用常规颌骨重建手术,实验组采用计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印技术进行重建,对比两组修复效果、手术时间与术中出血量。结果实验组总有效率为95.45%,对照组总有效率为76.19%(P<0.05);就术中出血量和手术时间而言,实验组要比对照组少,差异性明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在修复重建口腔颌面部损伤过程中应用3D打印技术联合计算机辅助手术系统,可以显著提升修复效果,手术时间短、术中出血量少,有利于患者预后,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of 3D printing technology combined with computer-aided surgery system in the process of reconstruction and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial injury,and to provide reference for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods 44 cases of maxillofacial defect reconstruction in our hospital from January 2016 to December-2016 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine jaw reconstruction.The experimental group was reconstructed by computer-aided surgery system combined with 3D printing technology.The repair effect,operative time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.19%(P<0.05).In terms of intraoperative blood loss and operative time,the experimental group was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of reconstruction and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial injuries,the application of 3D printing technology combined with computer-aided surgery system can significantly improve the repair effect,and the operation time is short,and intraoperative blood loss is less,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
