影像医学专业学位研究生并轨住院医师规范化培训已经成为我国广泛运用的专业学位硕士培养模式,结合国家培养要求和实际临床需要,通过探讨传统培养模式存在的不足之处,提出在5个与影像诊断密切相关的临床科室轮转6个月的创新方案,通过合理制定严格的轮转计划、定期组织病例讨论和专题讲座、互联网教学和完善的出科考核体系等措施,阐述加强临床轮转的重要性与必要性,提高学生临床实践能力,着力培养临床应用型人才。

The standardized training for the post-graduate students in china with the medical professional degree in medical imaging has become an extensive training for the professional master degree in China.This mode combines national training requirements and practical clinical needs.By exploring the deficiency of traditional cultivation mode,we have proposed 5 innovative solutions for 6 months of clinical departments with close correlation with imaging diagnosis.We also expound the importance and necessity of strengthening clinical rotation,to improve students’clinical practice ability and to develop more talents with practical medical skills,organizing more discussions regularly,seminars,internet and multimedia teaching,measures such as improving the examination system of the department.
