摘要
据第二次残疾人抽样调查报告和人口普及调查显示,我国现有残疾人8 296万,1.44亿老年人。这不仅提示康复工程产品及其适配服务存在巨大市场,也说明康复工程专业技术人才存在巨大需求市场,而我国现有的各类康复技术人员存在巨大的缺口。因此,对大、中专院校开设康复工程类课程提出了需要,也为其发展提供了契机。上海理工大学医疗器械与食品学院早在10年前就建立了生物医学工程康复工程学科方向,《康复工程概论》是我校面向生物医学工程康复方向研究生开设的一门专业基础课程,但是由于康复工程课程的知识面非常广,涉及医学、工程、心理、教育等多个学科方向,包括肢体、视觉、听觉、言语、智力、精神和多重功能障碍等多方面内容。然而康复工程知识在很多高校本科阶段并没有普及,大部分研究生亟待快速地学习康复工程知识,以及时衔接康复工程理论知识和研究生阶段的科研实践,故如何创新性地提出面向研究生的康复工程概论的创新性教学方法探索非常重要。本文着重对该课程的设计思路、教学内容设计、教学改革、课程实践配套环节等多方面的教学探索进行总结。
According to the Second Disability Survey and Census of Populations survey,there are 82.96 million disabled persons and 144 million elderly people in China,which not only suggests that there is a huge rehabilitation engineering products market and their adaptation services,but also a huge demand market for rehabilitation engineering professionals and technicians.There is quite lack of all kinds of rehabilitation technicians in China.Therefore,there is an urgent demand to provide rehabilitation engineering courses for the university and college.As early as 10 years ago,University of Shanghai for Science and Technology established the courses of rehabilitation engineering branch based biomedical engineering.The“Introduction to Rehabilitation Engineering”is a basic specialized course for graduate students in rehabilitation engineering branch of biomedical engineering.However,since the“Introduction to Rehabilitation Engineering”covers a wide range of disciplines,such as medicine,engineering,psychology and education et al,which includes physical,visual,auditory,verbal,intellectual,spiritual and multi-functional disorders.Because the rehabilitation engineering courses have not popularized in many undergraduate colleges and universities,most postgraduates urgently need to learn the knowledge of rehabilitation engineering quickly,so as to timely connect with the theoretical knowledge of rehabilitation engineering and the scientific research practice.Therefore,the exploration of innovative teaching methods is very important for creatively teaching the Introduction of Rehabilitation Engineering for graduate students.This article focuses on the teaching design of Introduction of Rehabilitation Engineering,including teaching content design,teaching reform,curriculum practices and other aspects of the teaching exploration summary.
