摘要
目的调查了301例在校护生关于护理器具创新发明的认知及学习需求度水平,为高校护理专业开设创新创业教育或培训提供理论参考依据。方法采用自设问卷对在校护生进行有关护理器具创新发明的调查,回收有效问卷共301份,问卷内容包括在校护生的一般资料,护生对护理器具创新发明的认知(护理器具创新发明相关经验、对护理创新器具性质的认知、对护理创新器具发明意义的认知、对护理创新器具发明成果的认知),护生对护理器具创新发明学习需求(学习内容及形式的需求;制度及学习平台的需求;学习途径的需求),共44个条目。结果结果采用平均分表示,进行linkt5级评分,分值在1~5之间,得分越低赞同度越高,护生对护理创新器具的性质(1.89±0.587)、意义认知良好(1.98±0.584),但对护理器具创新发明的成果认知欠缺(3.81±0.834),护生对护理器具创新发明的的学习需求现状良好(2.21±0.815),护生对与护理器具创新发明学习内容及形式需求(2.00±0.606)及制度与平台的需求度(2.02±0.598)良好。结论教育者应从护生目前的认知度出发,结合护生的学习需求情况,在进行认知教育的同时,开发一套行之有效的高校护理器具创新发明培训课程,并制定相关的学习管理制度及搭建起学习平台,为护生从事护理器具创新发明创造良好的环境,为护理专业学生的创新创业教育开辟一条新的道路。
Objective This study investigated the cognitive and learning demands of 301 nursing students about innovative inventions of nursing appliances,and provided theoretical reference for setting up innovative entrepreneurship education for nursing professionals.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the innovations of caregivers in nursing students.A total of 301 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaires included general information about nursing students,nursing students’cognition of innovative inventions(Nursing Appliance Innovation and invention of the relevant experience,understanding of the nature of nursing innovation,understanding of the significance of the invention of nursing innovation,awareness of the invention of nursing innovation),learning demands of nursing students about innovative inventions of nursing appliances(content and form of learning Demand;system and learning platform needs;The demand for learning ways),a total of 44 entries.Results The results were expressed as mean scores,with link grade 5,with a score between 1 and 5,and the lower the score,the higher the degree of approval.The nature of the nursing innovation for nursing students(1.89±0.587)and the significance of cognition(1.98±0.584).However,there was a lack of cognition(3.81±0.834)for innovations in care appliances,and a good condition for nursing students in learning needs for innovations in nursing appliances(2.21±0.815).Learning contents for innovations in nursing care and nursing appliances and formal requirements(2.00±0.606)and system and platform requirements(2.02±0.598)were good.Conclusion Educators should start from the current awareness of nursing students,combined with the learning demands of nursing students in the cognitive education at the same time,develop an effective nursing innovation and invention of college training courses and to develop related learning management System and set up a learning platform for nursing students engaged in innovation and invention of nursing equipment to create a good environment for nursing students to open up a new road to innovation and entrepreneurship education.
